Loveland Studios (Pty) Ltd operates Maths Dash (https://mathsdash.app). We respect your privacy and handle personal information under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information collected. We may collect a parent/guardian's name, email address and account details; children's player names or nicknames and game progress; and necessary technical, security and transaction records. Please do not enter a child's full name as a public player name.

Why we use it. To create and manage family accounts, deliver maths challenges, record progress and leaderboards, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. A parent or guardian must authorise the processing of their child's information.

Sharing and security. We use service providers for hosting, authentication and, when enabled, payment processing through PayFast. We share only information needed to provide these services or comply with law. Payment card details are entered with the payment provider, not collected directly by Maths Dash. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is risk-free.

Retention and rights. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and legal obligations. Parents may request access, correction or deletion of their family's information, subject to lawful retention requirements, by emailing niki@llstudios.dev. You may also complain to South Africa's Information Regulator.

Cookies. We may use essential cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security and operation. Any non-essential analytics or marketing technologies must be separately disclosed and handled in accordance with applicable law.
