Cancellation Policy

Maths Dash family access is a once-off R199 purchase for 12 months from successful payment and activation. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. There is therefore no recurring payment to cancel.

You may stop using Maths Dash at any time. Access expires automatically at the end of the paid 12-month period unless you choose to purchase a new pass.

To request early cancellation, account closure or deletion of family information, email niki@llstudios.dev. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, including the seven-day refund period and applicable legal rights. Some information may need to be retained to comply with law.
